Whenever visiting or being visited, food is amply evident…and drink.

For me, i oft.choose one of the xmas days FASTING too.
e.g.not eat for 24+hrs ( i chose yesterday btw ).
NINJA students too learn that cycling down our dietary energy
usage can be beneficial when done occasionally
and without too much stress
to the systems of our body.

THE WATERS OF LIFE… HAVE A… WATERY LIFE HEREIN INDEED. MAINTAIN LIQUID LEVELS… THOUGH MAYBE… NOT TO THIS LEVEL INDEED IT SEEMS.
Always maintain liquid intake and slightly inc. the total
over the day ensuring any requirements such as
minerals/vitamins are met by adding such as

WHEN THE FAST IS OVER… EAT… SOME OF THESE PERHAPS. Shiro notes too… food is not just about shove in the gob… looks do matter here in the sense that our SENSES are a mix of mind matters… looks, smell, touch, taste etc… all combines to FEED US WELL. These LOOK yum… touch-texture+smell a-vision-online… where are you???
MASTER MIXES
ALSO, by adding juices such as
lemon,crushed garlic,honey,pineapple
etc on occasions to the mix wont hurt.
Many and any herb type plant or fruit liquids of your choice.
Just keep mix simpleish each time.
Have all but spread out over the fasting period of your choice.
Start with say 12-15hrs and build up if new to this…
(btw When its over EAT AS PER NORM–DO NOT BINGE
–USUAL SERVE ETC)… so start by stopping to eat,
whenever you feel hunger pangs
…and we all probably do/will…
make a large Smoothie mix of the above …and sit back …
