HOW TO WALK

ON WATER, GET RESURRECTED

take on the NINJA LEGENDS. Found Within.

The Teachings and Scrolls. Those names

of the guilty have been ignored though unfortunately

too, the names of many

 

NINJA AND KUNOICHI

(male/female)

were also already omitted,..

presumably for  ‘security’ reasons.

 

The lateral thinking and adaptive selection

of  such as the following Techniques/Methods

 

provide the NINJA student with much to ponder.

 

 

 

In times of peace Ninpo is refined…

in times of non-peace survival in action.

EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM.

 

 

 

NINJA DREAMING

At the age of 6 SHIRO became aware of the NINJA…

vis a black n white TV show…THE SAMURAI (SHINTARO) (click)

At the age of 22 SHIRO became a student of the first

South Australian BUJINKAN NINPO training group

managed by S. ED LOMAX (click).

At the age of 27 SHIRO’s INSTRUCTOR E.LOMAX…

became the first south australian to travel to JAPAN

to train with the BUJINKAN NINPO group (click)

managed by SOKE DR.MASAAKI HATSUMI.

 

a short time later…

 

 

At the age of 27 SHIRO became the 2nd south australian…

In JAPAN I was rarely without pen and notebook.

In addition to training notes anything of interest was penned.

 

A particular favourite were of course THE LEGENDS OF THE NINJA…

(UNFORTUNATELY i was HOLLYWEED FILTERED…)…

which I avidly researched having now access to clan records,

densho training scrolls and many books by SOKE and others etc.

 

 

However,… the text in these were NOT of LEGENDARY

status per se, not of adventure, thrills

and tall tales… they were written, oft. by

desperate souls subject to persecution

by the ruling elite.What was written were

detailed technical accounts of

(secret/hidden but valid, workable)

 

TECHNIQUES for achieving…

SURVIVAL… with LOTS OF TRAINING!

 

TECHNIQUES OF THE AGES

The REALITY of their lives is/was stark. They

did not leave behind meaningless children’s tales

or even those of LEGEND.They left behind a record

of exactly HOW they became LEGENDS. Their enemy

 

though mighty in ARMS were bereft of one vital essence.

CREATIVITY.

In choosing to SURVIVE and tell their tales of

HOW they outfoxed the hunters, fooled the naive,

scared the brave hearted and even put on MAGIC shows…

acts that fed on each other, compounding truth and bs

into the shadowy nemesis hero warrior mage rascal

archetype typical of the NINJA today…

 

they themself have become a part of the MYTH…

details forgotten.

 

 

their REAL lives and acts…now inherently

woven into the LEGEND OF THE NINJA…

have been forgotten as SKILLS

and TECHNIQUES within.

 

In choosing to SHARE the LEGENDS-

give thought to the men and women

who put these acts onto the record books…

 

many would have died to perfect these

SKILLS into TECHNIQUES into ARTS.

 

They are not Superman or Superwoman.

They are men and women with SUPER ideas.

 

 

These are the LEGENDS that SHIRO retells.

TECHNIQUE MIRACULOUS

According to SHIRO’s  research/INTEL a book

exists which purports, in part, to tell

of the following TECHNIQUES as something

they call A MIRACLE or some suchlike…

this book called THE BIBLE

 

tells of a character named JESUS CHRIST.

 

 

Which SHIRO instantly finds amusing cos that word

is actually an oldish JEWISH/ESSENIC TITLE

not a real name per se…(click)

so was this JESUS a NINJA?…

 

or just a man without a name???

After examining this book closely SHIRO says

NO…

probably not. To both.

 

 

Now…

whether this particular man TITLED JESUS CHRIST

had NINJA friends???…perhaps…

the BIBLE book is a lil unclear of

AND glosses over the immediate events and background…

 

the actual TECHNIQUE methods used by the JESUS

TITLED man… nor his REAL NAME… nor

where he was for much of his LIFE actually…

so…

SHIRO cannot make a direct comparison for example.

 

SHIRO CANNOT DETERMINE…

THE HOW JESUS DID IT…

 

 

THOUGH SHIRO IS A SON OF THE SUN OF GOD (click)…

(cos he was born on a SUNDAY).

the SON OF GOD man TITLED JESUS…

did not write down his TECHNIQUE…

that SHIRO could find anyway…

To SHOW YOU HOW THEY DID IT…

SO THEIR LEGENDS SAY.

 

 

DO NOT TRY THESE AT HOME…

MAY TAKE A MIRACLE TO SAVE YOU…

 

THE WALKING ON WATER TECHNIQUE.

 

 

a trail of not quite ground flattened pegs of

a certain diameter lay in front..

two lines of alternating pegs…

stretching some 6 meters…

 

a small figure walked across,

stepping on each peg

along the way avoiding the ground…

So

many days pass… thus.

 

 

over time the pegs have risen in height

along with the figure that walks…

now similar to giant poles or stilts in usage…

the figure though moves from offset

pair to pair, easily now,well balanced,

almost running…

sometimes eyes closed… a circus

act done in solitude…

 

in training…

many more days pass…

 

 

…this night came quick…

the figure was quicker…

the training was now innate…

 

took only lil time to layout the patterned

trail of now very long pegs…

securing them in the soft ground as best could…

till the height wanted was attained…

though superbly fit…

 

the figure was soaked…

perservering then disappearing home.

 

A week later…

 

the silence of late night…

broken sharply by the sounds of men and a

chase…

the figure, in front… almost nonchalantly

keeping ahead… led the group on…

to the trail of pegs.

 

In truth the men of the guard chasing too,

were confident… their quarry was tiring…

they were gaining… outnumbered and

 

heading foolishly close to the castle moat…

some 6 meters in width,quite deep…

sure to slow down the figure enough…

had happened before it seems…

 

chasing figures that is…

all had been caught at the moat

if the chase led that way…

the long poles two of the guards

carried could easily snag

a floundering swimmer or skewer

 

them if that was necessary…

 

 

the figure slowed…looked around…

giving the chasers more time…

more ground…

their noise was loud now…

very loud…a glance then off the figure went…

fast again… a foot surely placed…

 

led the way out…

the figure easily stepped and ran along the

pegs… buried into the silt bottom of the moat…

 

their tops just hidden by lapping water,

the night dark and Castle shadows…

 

with a jump and small cry of elation

the walk on pegs in water was run

just like in training…

the figure disappeared up and over

the other side of the moat…

 

the chasers stopped…

and stared into the night… it was dark…

they were now alone…

this shadowy figure had walked

on water and away…

 

a LEGEND had just been born.

 

 

 

imagine…just under the surface…

would You night walk on water poles to freedom???…

 

I wonder too if the neighbours would mind

me sinking a row of sticks in their pool?

 

 

 

Kumawakamaru…(above)…

became a LEGEND by pole vaulting the moat he faced…

different strokes for different folk…

 

though both ‘creative and adaptive ‘…

the approach at the heart of NINPO.

result=both escape, survive…

 

THE TECHNIQUE OF RESURRECTION.

the figure moved surely, down the mountain

side, picking plants along the way…

not just any plants…

 

only those uncle had asked for…

there were several needed for uncles brews…

a large bundle in all…

 

some for each of two of the many recipes

uncle was working on…

studying with uncle meant much

 

time was spent in the woods…

 

 

later… the smell of cooking… something…

was in the air…

in the morn uncle led the way

to a nearby cave once used as a burial

site for ancestors…

now a place of initiation and lessons…

a lonely place, a sacred place.

 

Pressing on a jutting piece of rock…

the cave… opened… its door stone

balanced,

moved easily if one knew how…

 

When they settle in, the figure was

obviously restless… knowing what lay

ahead… this was no walk in/on the moat…

the figures life was literally in uncles hands…

 

in two pottery jars in fact.

Though the mission ahead was

treacherous in every aspect…

it was necessary…

and they had a plan… they always do.

 

More than anything the timing

of this mission was of the utmost

importance…

 

they had…3 days…

 

 

the figure grimaced even before taking the first brew…

a sickly smell…

of rotting plant,death and more…

trying not to taste,

the jar was quickly emptied…

 

the figure’s world went blank…

body processes had almost stilled…

the mission had begun

 

…uncle worked fast now…

taking the figure to the local morgue…

where… in time the body of the figure lay…

with others ready for their families to bury…

the coroner… a local celebrity of sorts,

 

fluttered about the chambers… checked

the figure briefly before moving back

to the current… readying the next body

on the table for the family viewing

and burial… in 3days…

 

He had to be meticulous. This

Family were notable with direct

connections to the Local Lord.

Who would be attending… too.

 

So Ceremony… dictates.

 

 

Soon enough the days passed…

the coroner hurried to the main

entrance as the local despot/lord made

his presence felt… he would rather be

 

hunting but tradition demanded his

presence as witness to the ceremony

today and allowed no weapons inside

so he fidgeted with his funeral

wear instead…

 

he sat in the guest chair

as the others bustled about their

business of the ceremonial acts…

 

the coroner led the process.

 

 

the figure slammed awake now…

some 3days after the foul drink…

though groggy, moved quickly

to the assigned mission place,

 

adjusting a strap along the way-

before settling down again…

the ceremonies protocols were nearing end…

the coroner and despot entered the burial

chamber for a final viewing

of the deceased…

 

soon enough the figure moved…

once, twice.

 

The second…

more forceful it seems.

 

 

…soon enough both coroner and despot

were laid on a funeral bed too…

the coroner gently…

 

he had seen nothing and would soon

rouse from his early knockout…

 

the figure adjusting his robe and

headgear to reflect mourning status,

moved into the ceremonial room…

then just as quickly went outside.

 

 

His uncle soon grabbed and forced

the second jar down the throat… well…

 

not forced really…

purposely poured is probably better translation…

for on the fourth day…

 

the first jars contents were timed for

death… not a 3day induced coma…

unless the antidote given in time…

the figure retched…

 

completely, harshly as the second

jars contents purged

the remnants of the first…

mission over….

 

A LEGEND had just been born…

well…resurrected and reborn actually.

 

 

 

SWEET DREAMS ARE MADE OF…

The mission scenarios above are both created

out of SHIRO’s MIND based on training notes

and hints within the text concerning applications etc.

 

The LEGENDS of the NINJA were in the main,

written by others in like

manner-scattered records compiled.

 

The NINPO training notes passed down

to their students and so on however,

are theirs.

This is the LEGACY they left.

 

Not tales of personalities, ego, self nor community,

politics or social gossip nor details of many

of their deeds. Too many risks to name names…

 

What they wrote were-

TECHNIQUES OF SURVIVAL

 

TO SUIT ALL THE OCCASIONS THEY

KNEW OF.

 

 

They cared little it seems for naming,

claiming or recognition etc…

usually only the SOKE/grandmaster

was known. Their attempts to pass

on knowledge was all about that knowledge.

 

When a technique was recognised

as valid and of use…

usually through the test of combat/war…

 

it was duly noted and added. Particular

Masters even added their own views/hints

and passed down more

into the MINDS of those who followed.

 

By creatively thinking outside their

box/world view they created a new

approach… a new way…

this is the message in  the words

from the ancestors.

 

The APPROACH itself is the LEGACY.

 

 

For all students of the NINJA, though you

are indeed an individual…

it is the COLLECTIVE WORDS

LEGENDS lie-

Whilst the research into the book

known as the Bible came to no FINAL conclusion-

 

mainly due to lack of evidence concerning the

TECHNIQUE only…

The search uncovered an item of note

in relation to the man TITLED JESUS

regarding his resurrection episode.

john 19;39 mentions

‘…brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes,

about 75 lbs…’ and

‘…accordance with jewish burial customs…’

 

• LOT OF herbs
• myrrh and aloes mix=top strength wound healer on skin  (click)
• jewish burial customs ALLOW NO EMBALMING, NO CREMATION OR INCISIONS ETC TOO. (click)…so…the BIBLE IS already out of step here???
• …aloes taken internally=vomiting and diaohrrea=purging…of what???(click) (click) (click)

In summary… the bible names herbs

(typically used for healing ext.wounds

as a combo… purge if separated and internal)……

says they are for the burial customs…

(which DO NOT EXIST…)…

 

EGYPTIANS EMBALM…

Hebrews/Israelites/JEWS DO NOT???

 

again with the research into the bible…

contradictions occur in consecutive sentences…

a mistake… or a lie?…

can only be one or the other…

 

for the TRUTH would reflect reality…

the proper use of the herbs
