SNAKES AND WAR. BEEN TO WAR…
…INTO THE SNAKE PEST PIT.
BEES, LIZARDS AND POSSUMS.
All creatures that,like us, actively seek to escape the scorching Aust. Summer.
BEES.
…JUST DOWN BY THE RIVER… BY THE RIVER… INDEED… AND IN FACT TOO IT SEEMS.
The Bees we rout with the aid of a garden hose-full wide spray.
We go for the QUEEN.
Soon enough if you persist and not bitten too much, they move on.
HOW TO BUZZ OFF BEES INDEED.
BE WARNED… BEE IN WATER… COLD OR HOT NO MATTER… NO MIND INDEED.
LIZARDS.
Lizards we tend to move along…hopefully back to the creek area.
We use brooms for a clean sweep. Slow careful maneuverable motions.
POSSUM.
Possums are eventually trapped and moved on.
We live facing a creek.
A Possum or two regularly avoid paying rent for their inner roof usage.
Annoying and nasty = POSSUM TRAPS are the way to go.
