Whilst the most try at lest to be seen as enjoying

the silly season-

 

THE CHRISTMAS GRINCH (S) HAVE ALREADY  began

to emerge into the light of xmas.

THE GUILTY GRINCHES…

 

 

 

 

The background is that i have a man cave(shed/garage) where i

meditate, exercise and train,read and go online.

App.2+ of the walls are lined with bookcases;

app. 1+ of the walls is lined with m.arts weapons,

 

roller door at front, a desk & chair in one corner.

 

 

 

My connection to the VIRTUAL WORLD=YOU=SHINY DELL LAPTOP

ON THE DESK, medtn area in another, several rugs

on the concrete floor…

 

DURING my website builds ( this blogsite at wordpress.com

and idreamofninja.com which is not yet finalised etc)

i reacquired a earlier habit of my ninja/security days

 

whereby i take short naps as reqd not longsleeps

each night etc…

 

 

and so keep up some hours doing the builds etc-2

throw pillows and a beanbag make up “my bed”

which i use for my  naps rather than goin into

main household at the odd times  and wakin

up rest family etc…

 

btw there are NO FACILITIES as such

in the cave-books,desk,weapons, several gi

and m.art bags, bout it…

Recvd a letter/email  from the LOCAL COUNCIL

via our house Agent. They are claiming someone

has identified

 

“Illegal Activity in our House”…??

 

 

 

This  ALLEGED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IS THE

“MAKING OF THE GARAGE INTO A HOSPITABLE ROOM“…

 

by me throwing two pillows and a beanbag on the floor

i guess…???

 

 

a CHARGE achieved with NO INVESTIGATION, NO INTERROGATION

INTERVIEW, NO EVIDENCE? NO COURT ORDER, NO LAW

OFFICER(S) PRESENT  JUST  some pc SHEEPLE COMPLIANT

so n so “neighbour” JUST SAY/ALLEGE THAT

 

“DEVELOPMENT…WITHOUT APPROVAL…UNDER THE DEVELOPMENT

ACT 1993…” etc was going on…

in other words…

by me

i had “DEVELOPED THE SITE“…???

 

 

So…

i am a “DEVELOPER ” of sites and websites too then

and  i can turn a couple of pillows and a shed into

a hospitable room by combining the two…Yep

am  REAL DEVELOPER NOW!!! 

 

according to the COUNCIL…

can i put that on my resume now…

 

better tell the TAX DEPT. about my career

change too…!!!

 

 

 

OK…firstly…checking into the LEGAL CONSTITUTIONAL

AUTHORITY OF GOVT. AGENCIES…???..NO-WHERE

DOES OUR (AUST.) CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS

GIVE AUTHORITY BTW TO LOCAL

 

GOVERNMENT!!! LOOK HERE…

 

 

 

A 1988 Constitutional referendum on this issue was

decided WELL into the MAJORITY…WITH A NO–

 

I REPEAT-THE AUST.PEEPS SAY NO!

 

 

 

NO LEGAL AUTHORITY WAS/HAS EVER BEEN VESTED

INTO LOCAL GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLES

 

OF AUSTRALIA IN THEIR CONSTITUTION.

 

 

 

SO MUCH FOR COUNCIL AUTHORITY.

THEY HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY.  

NONE!!!!!

 

 

 

THEY ARE TECHNICALLY A CONSTITUTIONALLY ILLEGAL

GOVT.AGENCY.

 

THEY HAVE NO VALID CONSTITUTIONAL “LICENCE” ISSUED

BY THE PEOPLE…

(WHO ARE ONLY ONES ABLE TO DO SO BTW)…

…IN OUR CONSTITUTION…

 

 

WE HAVE ADVISED THE COUNCIL ON THIS AND

RELATED BED-MAKING“DEVELOPMENT” CONCERNS.
