“… The Government will strengthen Privacy Provisions…”
Points of Interest highlighted therein:
- Court Order Access for Govt. Officials and Police Authorities.
- Records can be Deleted by Request.
- Additional Public Communication and Awareness Campaign.
- Opt out by Request… DEADLINE: October 15th.
